In this cooking demo class, we will make a delicious fall menu: Crostini with Sweet and Sour Peppers and Fresh Ricotta, Homemade Spaghetti alla Chitarra with Ragu, Caesar Salad with Radicchio, and Carrot-Polenta Cake with Marsala.
