ITALIAN RIVIERA CULINARY TOURS

Liguria, on Italy’s northern Mediterranean coast, is home to the famed Italian Riviera, ritzy Portofino, and the five color-splashed fishing villages collectively known as Cinque Terre. It is the region of pesto Genovese and other pounded-nut sauces, of cheese-stuffed focaccia and savory tortes filled with vegetables, of anchovies and salt cod, buttery olive oil, and a delicious spoonable cheese known as prescinseua.

I’ve teamed up with my friends at Beautiful Liguria to create custom culinary tours for small groups in and around the region. Our tours are designed with an eye towards sustainability (no big groups, no big buses!) and are aimed at travelers who are seeking a deeper, immersive experience in Italy.
